Read MoreJakarta, November 8, 2024 – PT PGAS Telekomunikasi Nusantara (PGNCOM), a leading telecommunications solutions provider in Indonesia, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ventura IOT Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysia-based company specializing in Internet of Things (IoT) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions. This MoU marks a strategic step to strengthen collaboration in delivering ICT products and services between the two countries.
The event was attended by Larassetyo Wibowo, President Director of PGNCOM, and Datuk Ts. Meor Tawfik Bin Amirrudin, Director of Ventura IOT Sdn. Bhd., along with several representatives from both companies.
In his remarks, Larassetyo Wibowo stated, “There are many collaborative opportunities we have discussed to develop in Indonesia, not only in the B2B framework but also at the G2G level. This MoU signing is just the beginning, which will soon be followed by a formal agreement. We are optimistic about starting the collaboration early next year.”
Datuk Ts. Meor Tawfik Bin Amirrudin added, “Communication technology requires strong collaboration to maximize its potential. Through this partnership, we hope to tap into the significant opportunities in both Indonesia and Malaysia, while also strengthening the digital ecosystem in the region.”
This strategic collaboration is expected to drive the development of innovative IoT and ICT solutions to support digital transformation in both countries, expand business networks, and create added value for stakeholders.
